Micro Food Tools
For the semester “Micro Food Tools” at Kunsthochschule Kassel, I was invited to give a series of workshops and lectures about food design and food tools. My lecture on designing Micro Food Tools with the senses showcases various food designers’ work addressing smell, taste, touch, sound and sight. (Featured image above includes Giulia Soldati’s work ‘Contatto Experience’). In multiple workshop sessions, the polycreative method was used, in which students make quick models and passed them on to fellow students for a second design iteration.
